2. How you may use NumeraHub

You may use NumeraHub for lawful personal, household, educational, research, and internal business-planning purposes, subject to these Terms.

Any other use requiring reproduction, redistribution, commercial republication, systematic extraction, or incorporation into another product may require prior written permission.

Restrictions

3. Prohibited activity

You must not use NumeraHub in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or disruptive.

• attack, disable, overload, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
• introduce malicious code, automated spam, fraudulent traffic, invalid advertising activity, or harmful requests;
• copy, scrape, harvest, republish, or extract site content at scale without prior written permission;
• reverse engineer, reproduce, or create a competing copy of a calculator, interface, decision system, or substantial content set;
• remove copyright, attribution, brand, disclaimer, source, or ownership notices;
• present a NumeraHub estimate as an official approval, guaranteed result, professional opinion, or government determination;
• use NumeraHub branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, partnership, certification, endorsement, or authorization;
• use information obtained from the site to harm, deceive, discriminate against, or unlawfully evaluate another person.

Calculation limits

4. Calculator results are estimates

Calculator outputs depend on the information entered, the formula, assumptions, rounding rules, selected options, included costs, excluded costs, and data available when the calculator was last reviewed.

Actual outcomes can differ because of changing interest rates, lender policies, underwriting, taxes, benefit rules, fees, insurance pricing, laws, market performance, timing, location, eligibility, professional judgment, or details not included in a public calculator.

No guaranteed outcomes

NumeraHub does not guarantee approval, eligibility, savings, returns, tax treatment, benefit entitlement, loan terms, insurance pricing, affordability, investment performance, or any other future result.

Educational content

5. No professional advice or relationship

NumeraHub provides general educational information and calculation tools. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, insurance, credit, mortgage, lending, real-estate, or other regulated professional advice.

NumeraHub is not acting as your lender, mortgage broker, insurer, insurance broker, accountant, tax preparer, lawyer, fiduciary, investment dealer, financial planner, government agency, or benefits administrator.

Use of the site, receipt of a result, or exchange of a contact message does not create a client, advisor, broker, fiduciary, agency, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.

You remain responsible for decisions made using NumeraHub. Before relying on a result for a significant decision, you should:

• read the calculator assumptions, exclusions, notes, and warnings;
• consider whether the calculator matches your country and situation;
• compare more than one scenario rather than relying on one output;
• verify changing rates, thresholds, rules, fees, and official data;
• obtain appropriate professional or official confirmation when the consequences are material.

Maintenance

7. Accuracy, updates, and availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep calculations, explanations, sources, and interfaces useful. However, NumeraHub does not promise that every page or result will always be complete, current, precise, uninterrupted, compatible, secure, or free from errors.

Calculators and content may be corrected, updated, redesigned, replaced, restricted, suspended, or removed at any time. A page may also temporarily display outdated information while official data, software, or site content is being updated.

Maintenance, hosting problems, software conflicts, third-party services, browser settings, network conditions, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

Ownership and licence

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, NumeraHub’s original calculators, interfaces, written explanations, layouts, decision frameworks, tables, graphics, branding, and site organization are owned by or licensed to NumeraHub and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the public site in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Third-party names, trademarks, data, publications, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply ownership, partnership, or endorsement.

External services

9. Third-party links, advertising, and services

NumeraHub may link to government agencies, financial institutions, regulators, educational resources, service providers, or other external websites. External sites operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies.

NumeraHub may also use third-party hosting, analytics, form, security, advertising, and technical services. Availability or behaviour of those services may be outside NumeraHub’s direct control.

Advertising displayed on the site does not by itself mean that NumeraHub recommends, verifies, guarantees, or endorses the advertiser, product, claim, price, or service.

Contact messages

10. Corrections, messages, and feedback

You are responsible for the information you submit through the Contact & Corrections page. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, banking credentials, full government identification numbers, confidential account information, or content you are not authorized to share.

By submitting a correction, source, example, suggestion, or technical report, you authorize NumeraHub to review, reproduce internally, investigate, and use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to respond to the message and improve the site.

Submitting feedback does not guarantee that a proposed correction, feature, design, or calculator will be implemented.

No warranties

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NumeraHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

This includes, where legally permitted, implied warranties or conditions relating to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, compatibility, security, or uninterrupted operation.

Responsibility limits

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NumeraHub and those involved in operating the site will not be liable for losses, damages, costs, claims, or consequences arising from or connected with use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site.

This may include direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or economic losses connected with calculator outputs, incorrect inputs, missed opportunities, financial decisions, site downtime, data loss, third-party services, or external links.

Site management

13. Changes to the site, access, and these Terms

NumeraHub may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any calculator, page, function, feature, or part of the site without guaranteeing advance notice.

Access may be restricted or blocked when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, advertising systems, service providers, intellectual property, or technical infrastructure, or to respond to suspected abuse or unlawful conduct.

These Terms may be revised as the site, services, laws, or operating practices change. The “Last updated” date will be changed when a meaningful revision is published.

Legal structure

Severability

If part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

Mandatory rights
