This policy explains what information may be processed when you use NumeraHub, how calculator inputs differ from contact-form submissions, how analytics and advertising services may operate, and what choices are available to you.
Inputs are intended to produce the calculation you request, not to create a personal financial profile.
Form details are used to review, respond to, and investigate your inquiry.
Page visits, device information, and interaction events may be processed.
Google and other advertising providers may process data where enabled.
Policy scope
1. What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to numerahub.com, its calculator pages, informational pages, contact forms, and related site functionality. It explains the categories of information that may be processed, the reasons for processing it, and the choices available to visitors.
NumeraHub provides general financial calculators and educational information. Visitors do not need to create an account to use the calculators.
Direct submissions
2. Information you choose to provide
NumeraHub receives personal information when you intentionally submit it through a contact or correction form or otherwise communicate with the site.
A name and email address may be provided so a response or clarification can be sent.
You may submit an issue type, page URL, inputs used, result received, expected result, or supporting source.
Any text entered into the message field is received as part of the inquiry.
You decide how much information to provide. Avoid including confidential account or identity information.
Submitted information may be used to respond, reproduce a reported problem, verify a source, correct a calculator, maintain a record of the inquiry, and prevent misuse of the form.
Calculator privacy
3. How calculator inputs are handled
Most calculator inputs are intended to be processed within your browser to generate the result shown on the page. NumeraHub does not intentionally use those values to create an account, credit profile, insurance profile, tax file, or permanent personal financial record.
Page-level analytics may still record that a calculator was visited or used, but this is different from intentionally storing every financial value entered into the calculator.
Automatic processing
4. Technical information and current site stack
When you visit NumeraHub, the website and its service providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, measure, and improve the site. This can include IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, requested page, date and time, session activity, error logs, security events, cookie identifiers, browser identifiers, and spam or abuse signals.
NumeraHub currently uses WordPress as its publishing system, Hostinger hosting, LiteSpeed and/or Hostinger caching and security features, Google Analytics 4 connected through Google Site Kit, WPForms for contact and correction forms, and Google services for email and site measurement. Google AdSense may be used if advertising is approved and enabled.
WordPress is used to publish pages, calculators, trust pages, forms, and site content.
Hostinger, LiteSpeed, caching, performance, logging, and security features may process technical data needed to deliver pages, reduce abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve speed.
Google Analytics 4 is connected through Google Site Kit to measure page visits, engagement, device information, traffic sources, and general site performance.
WPForms is used for contact and correction messages. WPForms anti-spam protection and, where enabled, a human-verification service such as Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to reduce spam and automated abuse.
Contact and correction messages may be delivered to and handled through the NumeraHub email account at contact.numerahub@gmail.com.
If Google AdSense is approved and enabled, Google and authorized advertising technology providers may process cookies, identifiers, IP address, device information, and ad interaction signals for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted.
Measurement
6. Google Analytics 4 and Google Site Kit
NumeraHub uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Site Kit for WordPress. Analytics helps understand how visitors find and use the site, which pages are visited, how calculators and explanations perform, what devices and browsers are used, and where technical or navigation problems may exist.
Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and related identifiers where
analytics storage is enabled. Analytics data may include page views, traffic source, approximate
location, device category, browser, operating system, session information, engagement events, and
other technical usage information depending on Google Analytics settings, consent choices, browser
controls, and Google’s processing rules.
Analytics is used to improve usability, identify broken pages, understand content performance, reduce technical problems, and make calculator navigation clearer. NumeraHub does not use Google Analytics to create personal financial profiles from calculator inputs.
Advertising
7. Google AdSense and advertising partners
NumeraHub may apply to use Google AdSense. If AdSense is approved and enabled, advertising may appear on the site. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s prior visits to NumeraHub or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to visitors based on visits to NumeraHub and/or other sites on the Internet. Depending on location, consent choices, browser controls, and Google advertising settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
If third-party ad serving is enabled, other authorized advertising vendors or ad technology providers may also use cookies, identifiers, device information, IP address, browser information, and ad interaction signals for ad delivery, measurement, frequency management, security, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted.
Advertising choices
Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google’s advertising controls and may also use industry opt-out tools where available. Browser settings can also be used to block, limit, or delete cookies.

8. Consent and your controls
Where required, NumeraHub may present a consent message before certain non-essential cookies, analytics storage, advertising storage, or personalized advertising features are activated.
- You can accept or reject available consent categories.
- You can manage or delete cookies through your browser.
- You can adjust personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
- You can avoid submitting optional information through forms.
- You can request help regarding a privacy choice through the Contact page.
Service providers
9. When information may be shared
NumeraHub may use service providers to operate the website. These providers may process limited information when needed to provide hosting, security, analytics, advertising, spam prevention, form delivery, email notification, caching, or technical maintenance.
Categories of providers may include:
- website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- WordPress themes, plugins, and form-processing tools;
- security, anti-spam, logging, and performance services;
- analytics and measurement providers;
- advertising and ad technology providers;
- email and message-delivery services.
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal process, protect the site or its visitors, investigate abuse, or enforce site terms.
Storage and protection
10. Retention, security, and international processing
Retention
Contact and correction form submissions are normally retained for up to 24 months so NumeraHub can respond to the inquiry, reproduce reported calculator issues, review correction history, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable site records.
Messages or technical records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for unresolved corrections, legal obligations, security incidents, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of the site and its visitors.
Google Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics property settings and Google’s processing rules. Hosting, caching, security, anti-spam, advertising, and email-related logs may be retained according to the settings and policies of Hostinger, LiteSpeed, Google, WPForms, anti-spam providers, advertising providers, and other relevant service providers.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, including hosting security, WordPress maintenance, caching/security tools, form-spam protection, and access controls. However, no website, transmission method, hosting platform, plugin, email system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
International processing
Some service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Information processed outside your province, state, or country may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
Requests and choices
11. Access, correction, and deletion requests
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information held, you may be able to request access to personal information associated with a contact message, ask that inaccurate information be corrected, or request deletion where reasonably possible.
NumeraHub may need enough information to identify the relevant message and confirm that the person making the request is connected to it. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, recordkeeping, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Age considerations
12. Children’s privacy
NumeraHub is a general-audience financial calculator site and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly request children to create accounts or submit personal financial information.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a contact form, use the Contact page so the situation can be reviewed.
Policy maintenance
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This policy may be revised when NumeraHub changes its forms, analytics, advertising, hosting, security tools, service providers, or information practices, or when legal and platform requirements change.
The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will be changed when a meaningful revision is published. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy will apply to subsequent site use.
